We are seeking college graduates with a leadership background and a demonstrated desire for business management, who after completing the four rotations of the management training program will move into an initial assignment within sales, sales operations, business development or business analytics.

Territory & National Account Sales:
Understand Yancey’s value proposition, the products we rent and sell, and our approach to establishing & growing customer relationships.
Product Service & Support:
Experience the practices to provide Yancey’s customer base with superior service and effectively manage for operational efficiencies.
Operations:
Learn the key elements of how to manage a large number of people and operational requirements from a General Manager’s view.
Executive Leadership:
Participate in long-term strategy building and overall division management via direct reporting to Division VP & General Manager.
Upon completion of the program rotations, the ideal candidate must be willing to relocate throughout the state of Georgia.
