That support is continued through condition monitoring and fleet management resources to help maximize equipment availability. However, when repairs are needed our equipment design, service processes, and dealer network combine to minimize downtime. It is common that repairs can be completed within 48 hours on our Services Commitment and 24 hours on machines purchased from Cat Compact with a premium CVA so you can get back to work quickly. In the case of major repairs, those repairs that are more complex and require more labor, you can expect a commitment on when that repair will be completed and have confidence in that date.
