You get easy access to monitoring tools with a Cat CVA. Digital tools give you the ability to access important operating parameters for your business anywhere you have an internet connection.
Parts when promised — or we pay. As part of our Services Commitment in a CVA, your maintenance and common repair parts will be available when you need them. If they’re not, we’ll help cover costs by giving you a Cat Prepaid Credit for the value of the late part up to $1,000*. There are no requirements to enroll in a CVA. All costs are based on an individual assessment of your equipment history and forecasted needs – resulting in a flat monthly fee.

** Caterpillar equipment is built with quality, reliability, and durability. That support is continued through condition monitoring and fleet management resources to help maximize equipment availability. However, when repairs are needed our equipment design, service processes, and dealer network combine to minimize downtime. It is common that repairs can be completed within 48 hours on our Services Commitment and 24 hours on machines purchased from Cat Compact with a premium CVA so you can get back to work quickly. In the case of major repairs, those repairs that are more complex and require more labor, you can expect a commitment on when that repair will be completed and have confidence in that date.
